The App does not support public user registration. All user accounts are provisioned and managed externally by the organization. The App only allows updating existing user profile information.

• Usage Logs: Non-personal operational logs.

Data is protected using industry-standard security measures.

Data is never sold. It may be shared only with authorized internal teams, trusted service providers, or legal authorities if required.

Data is retained only as long as required for business or legal purposes.
